I am a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for creating an authentic, non-judgmental, space to walk through whatever life brings. Fundamentally we can accept that life is unpredictable and unfair; at the same time we inherently have the ability to discover and implement the changes we need and want. Through our work together we will sit with the incredibly heavy moments that feel impossible and moments of reflection and progress that fuel personal strength and value. I am an integrative therapist which means I pull from various different therapy frameworks to best suit your needs in the moment. My goal is to foster an open and honest relationship where your voice is heard, respected, and validated. A strong therapeutic relationship will help you gain insight, practice skills, and realize your full potential that will lead to inner peace and calm.
